CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes, you can certainly change your order.  Please email us at flowerandbee.fab@gmail.com as soon as possible so that we may help you amend your order.

CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes.  As per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel your order from the moment your order is placed.


If you have already received your order, you have a right to cancel up to 14 days from the day you receive your order.


If you do wish to cancel or return your order, please get in touch at flowerandbee.fab@gmail.com notifying us of your wish to cancel or return.


For returns, please carefully re-package the item(s) and send to the address provided on the accompanying form with your order within 14 days of informing us of your wish to return.


Once we have received the returned item(s) and checked that they are in the same re-sellable condition to which they were delivered, we will arrange for a refund of the price of the item(s) within a further 14 days. We will include the standard postage we charged for sending the original order.


We cannot, unfortunately, refund the postage incurred for returns.
